Founded by Carol Maddox in 2012, Kudzu Kottage specializes in creating unique pectin free artisanal jams. Inspired by travel, traditional recipes and natural ingredients, her wild and wonderful handcrafted jam varieties are the perfect addition to any meal, dessert or party.
