Kudzu Kottage is a small artisanal jam making business based on a passion for natural ingredients and innovative flavors.  Based in Marietta, GA, founder Carol Maddox finds inspiration from her local ingredients like famous Georgia peaches or weird and wonderful recipes she discovers from all over the globe. 

Carol passionately blends seasonal fresh fruits, non-GMO pure cane sugar, vegetables, flowers, nuts, spirits and exotic spices in carefully hand-stirred small batches using traditional techniques.  She has created over 200 fabulous flavors that can be paired with a wide variety of cheeses, meats and desserts.
